My First Blog Post

Well, Guys, here I am! I can not wait to share some of my creations with you! 

My newest found addiction is stamping and card making.I am really enjoying making ocean themed cards filled with my favorite mythical creatures, Mermaids. I seem to be able to find the beauty in anything handmade and have a very hard time deciding on a theme because there is a whole wide word of card making supplies.

I scanned her in to the computer and resized her after I colored her. 

I used Prisma colored pencils and Wink of Stella for a bit of magical shine to her scales!

Double Layered Octopus

I had a lot of fun experimenting for the first time with Tim Holtz Distress Inks for the background here! And I used my Stamperatus from Stampin Up, to line him up perfectly. I also was learning heat embossing, so I decided to heat emboss the top layer with WOW silver embossing powder.
